If a package has been returned to Bridal Knot because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package will be the customer's responsibility. Orders that include made to order and bespoke items will typically be dispatched once all items are in stock.
Dispatched orders normally arrive in 1 -3 days. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier.
Most parcels require a signature. If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days. Special Delivery will be held for 3 weeks and if not picked up the package will be returned to Bridal Knot.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return, Bridal Knot offer a no quibble money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in it's original condition, unworn and with tags in tact and as new within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement or credit your account with a full refund for the price you have paid for the item. Please return in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return items below £50 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Bridal Knot do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received. This should be taken up directly with Royal Mail.
