Stocked items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If the item is out of stock Bridal Knot will contact you by e-mail to let you know timescales and availability.  Most out of stock items can be dispatched within 7-10 days or faster options available.  Please check your junk mail incase any emails from Bridal Knot go there.

If there is any delay in your order please contact us direct. If you wish to place an urgent order please contact sales@bridalknot.co.uk to ensure timescales can be met. If a package has been returned to Bridal Knot because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package will be the customer's responsibility. Orders that include made to order and bespoke items will typically be dispatched once all items are in stock.

Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier and not Bridal Knot as this is out of our control. It is up to the customer to make a claim if there parcel is lost or damaged in the post.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return, Bridal Knot offer a no quibble money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in it's original condition, unworn and with tags in tact and as new within 30 days of receipt and we will provide you with a a refund. Please return in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return items below £50 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Bridal Knot do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received. This should be taken up directly with Royal Mail.

Earrings and underwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
