Delivery & Returns
If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return, Bridal Knot offer a no quibble money back guarantee. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in it's original condition, unworn and with tags in tact and as new within 21 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement or credit your account with a full refund for the price you have paid for the item. Please return in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return items below £50 by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Bridal Knot do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received. This should be taken up directly with Royal Mail.
Earrings and underwear are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons
Most of our stocked orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If the item is out of stock Bridal Knot will contact you by e-mail.
If there is any delay in your order please contact us direct. If you wish to place an urgent order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure timescales can be met. If a package has been returned to Bridal Knot because delivery was not possible, the cost of re-sending the package will be the customer's responsibility. Orders that include made to order and bespoke items will typically be dispatched once all items are in stock.
Individual timescales for dispatch can be found on all product pages, but are generally between 7-10 days. Once products have been dispatched in the UK, they normally arrive in 1 - 3 days, International orders are sent by express and can take between 3- 5 days depending on customs. Parcels which are not delivered or are late are the responsibility of the carrier.
Most parcels require a signature. If you are unable to sign for your package, items sent by Royal Mail will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days. Special Delivery and International Signed for items will be held for 3 weeks and if not picked up the package will be returned to us.
Returns - Wedding Dresses
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, washing the dress, or removing its tags.
In case you change your mind regarding your purchase you can return the dress. After receiving it, you must notify us about return within 10 days of receipt of the wedding dress. All sales are final if a return has not been requested within 10 days of delivery. Items returned without authorisation are refused and sent back to the sender. All shipping, charges are non-refundable.
Our dresses are made to the best fit taken from the measurements that the bride provides at the time of order. Once we have received your details, we’ll match your measurements to the generic sizing of our size chart.
Special custom ordered dresses such as custom size, custom color and custom styles cannot be returned or exchanged
